Free online workshop on how to use power yoga to beat anxiety. This class is an ALL LEVELS & beginner-friendly class taught by Stacey Steele (Registered Provisional Psychologist and 200 YTT in training). 
Learn how to reduce anxiety, increase self-compassion, and be your genuine self.

Along with a 60 minute power yoga session, we explore topics such as relationships, self-discovery, and tools for living with new inspiration each week. Every session starts & ends with a guided meditation and reflection questions. The last 15 minutes of class is reserved for questions.
